 Martinsburg, West Virginia is not a massive city, so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles and dozens upon dozens of occasions that the larger cities offer, but it nonetheless has fun celebrations to ring in the new year. Surrounded by the rich natural forests and   mountains, even though Martinsburg is formally a metropolis, it appears like much more of a rural region for me, because I just moved from Baltimore, Maryland.
